IHETS offers formal and informal technology support training to all of our users. One-on-one consultations and/or group sessions can be arranged on-site or at IHETS.
Some training takes place using the technology itself—like IHETS Interactive Web Conferencing or Audio conferencing—to teach users the necessary steps, tasks, and functions needed to optimize a specific IHETS service. Training by technology allows participants from across the state to ask questions, learn together, and even share best practices without taking time out of their busy schedules to travel to a central location.
