Overview

The IPSE market development team is responsible for analyzing audiences to identify significant educational needs of Indiana’s citizens—new populations or audiences—as well as the programs and services needed to address them and the audiences’ needs and abilities. The team also focuses on expanding awareness by developing and implementing statewide marketing communication plans to increase awareness of distance learning opportunities available through the Indiana College Network.

Reporting and relationship structure:

• Members appointed by their respective IHETS board member.
• Works collaboratively with the chief academic officers of the institutions.
• Works collaboratively with the IHETS Technical Operations and Applications Committee.
• Secures advice from various groups (whether commissioned or not by the IPSE) to do its work.
