The Indiana Higher Education Telecommunication System (IHETS) is housed in the Education and Research Institute of Indiana University Radiology building on the corner of Senate Avenue and St. Clair Street. The facility overlooks the downtown Indianapolis canal.

Free parking, with designated visitor spaces, is conveniently located directly to the north of the building. Additional parking is available in the lot directly north of the building across St. Clair Street.
