Institutional Forums Participants will meet with colleagues from their own institution to review the Home Institution Model in terms of current institutional structures, programs, and student needs. |

Functional Forums Interinstitutional groups of bursars, registrars, financial aid officers, enrollment management officers, and ICN Coordinators will gather to identify opportunities for improvement from their perspectives. |

Closing Plenary Each functional area will provide a summary report to the whole group, with time allotted for a closing summary and identification of next steps. |
