The event will be held at the University Place Hotel & Conference Center, located in the heart of the IUPUI campus on the corner of Michigan Street and University Boulevard in downtown Indianapolis.

Parking in the hotel's 370-car underground garage is free for 2004 IHETS Tech Summit participants. The underground garage is located just east of the hotel's main entrance (on the north side of the building), on the corner of North and Blake streets. From Michigan Street, turn right on University Boulevard. At the first light (Indiana University Hospital will be on the immediate left), turn right. The underground garage will be on the right.
