Chair, Ellen Watson called the meeting to order at 1:35 p.m.

Approval of meeting minutes

The meeting minutes from September were approved as amended.

Bridge Testing

Ed Stockey opened the meeting reporting the results of the testing that took place the beginning September thru the first of October. Engineers from Accord and worked with IHETS engineer Ron Dekoker and it was decided that a bridge attendant is needed for best results and it will not support T120. RadVision M3U no scheduling software be beneficial need scheduling software for best workable results. It is disruptive to not have scheduling software or attendant. Accord software was used. State Library and Indiana

University were participants during the testing process.
