In this video update, Kevin Siminski introduces the new assistant director of data networks, Rauf Khalid. Rauf, who joins IHETS with 14 years of experience in network management and administration, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of network operations. Learn more about the plans underway at IHETS for enhancing and improving the state network management system. These enhancements will be based on user interviews and feedback regarding preferred features and requirements. The timeline for the information gathering phase of the project is also discussed.
