Corporate Sponsorship

Sponsorship and exhibiting opportunities are full and we are unable to accept new applications. We appreciate your support!

In order to offer sponsors and exhibitors more options for involvement in the 2005 IHETS Tech Summit, we have developed the following framework for participation. This structure is intended to provide you with enhanced opportunities to demonstrate a specific product or product line as well as to increase your visibility
among IT decision-makers at Indiana's higher
education institutions.

To register as a sponsor or exhibitor, please download and print the Corporate Exhibitor / Sponsorship Form. Please follow the instructions listed on this form for completing the form and submitting your payment.

NOTE: The completed exhibitor / sponsorship form, along with your payment and electronic logo, is due no later than September 29, 2005.

Exhibitor
Cost: $500
Exhibitors will receive:

  • One complimentary registration
  • One six-foot skirted exhibit table, two chairs, and wireless Internet connectivity
  • Company name and logo to appear in any printed conference materials and on program page of Web site

Bronze Sponsor
Cost: $1,000
Purpose and benefits:

  • One bronze sponsorship will help defray registration costs for all concurrent
    session presenters
  • The second bronze sponsorship will help defray costs for afternoon refreshments
  • Recognition as bronze sponsor during
    opening remarks
  • Two complimentary conference registrations
  • One six-foot skirted exhibit table, two chairs, and wireless Internet connectivity
  • Company name and logo to appear in any printed conference materials
  • Company name and logo with link to sponsor’s Web site on agenda page of conference Web site

Silver Sponsor
Cost: $1,500
Purpose and benefits:

  • One silver sponsorship will help defray costs for the continental breakfast during registration and pre-conference networking. The company's name and logo will appear on signage near the food tables.
  • The second silver sponsorship will help defray costs for providing Internet connectivity as well as audio/visual and other technology costs in each of the breakout session rooms. The company's name and logo will appear on signage near the exhibit area.
  • Recognition as silver sponsor during
    opening remarks
  • Two complimentary conference registration
  • One six-foot skirted exhibit table, two chairs, and wireless Internet connectivity
  • Company name and logo to appear in any printed conference materials
  • Company name and logo with link to sponsor’s Web site on main page of conference Web site



Gold Sponsor
Cost: $2,000
Purpose and benefits:

  • Each gold sponsorship will entitle up to two company representatives to conduct one
    45-minute concurrent breakout session on
    a topic relevant for IT decision-makers in higher education (please see Call for Presenters for additional information).
  • The gold sponsorships will help defray costs for the buffet luncheon and parking for conference participants. The company's name and logo will appear on signage near the buffet tables
  • Recognition as gold sponsor during
    opening remarks
  • Two complimentary conference registrations
  • One six-foot skirted exhibit table, two chairs, and wireless Internet connectivity
  • Company name and logo to appear in any printed conference materials
  • Company logo with link to sponsor’s Web site on main page of conference Web site

Materials/Product Donations
If your company is unable to commit to a corporate sponsorship, please consider making materials and product donations for door prizes and conference registration bags.

Possible donations for conference materials include:

  • Plastic bags to hold conference materials and give-away items
  • Company T-shirts
  • Pens, pencils, and/or notepads
  • Other small promotional items with your company name and logo

Possible donations for door prizes (winners to be chosen by raffle):

  • Software
  • Consumer electronics (ipods, PDA, MP3 players, digital cameras, laptops, etc.)
  • Books
  • Other items
