Sample meeting notifications

IHETS sends automated notifications to registered meeting room participants (named users). Hosts are encouraged to send an additional notification to registered participants to reinforce information in the IHETS message. When the access policy of the meeting room is set to authorized guest access or unrestricted guest access, IHETS is unable to send out participant notifications (because we do not have the names or e-mail addresses of the participants).  In such cases, the host is solely responsible for contacting participants with information about the meeting.

Sample meeting notification messages are provided below. To use one of the samples, copy and paste the message text into an e-mail message or Word document, replace the text in red with information about your specific class or meeting, and edit as desired.
