Technical support and training

If you encounter technical problems using IHETS Interactive, built on Adobe's Breeze Meeting platform, help is just a phone call or e-mail away. For immediate assistance, contact the IHETS Help Desk. Telephone support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Training sessions are available for hosts, instructors, and receive site contacts—individually or in small groups—at IHETS or your site. In addition, twice weekly sessions (one in the morning and the other in the afternoon) using the service are offered. To participate, contact Tim Paige, IHETS training manager:
