What do we need to make it work?

Your site must be certified to participate in video conferencing. This process ensures that video conferencing endpoints meet minimum specifications for equipment, registration, and naming standards prior to participation in point-to-point or multipoint (three or more participants) conferencing across the Indiana Telecommunications Network (ITN). Through this process, IHETS will verify the operating configuration and specifications of your endpoint and will certify the results that your endpoint can participate with others and maintain the highest quality of IP video conferencing.
