While most of the benefits of the portal outwardly support the end-user, there are a few benefits that support our participating partners. Within the portal is a content management tool that will help administrators and authors manage the content creation process, workflow, and publication for content that will be stored on the Portal.
In addition, the portal will assist partners in capturing and analyzing aggregate user data. This data will allow partners to conduct a Real-Times Needs Assessment providing the ability to anticipate what users are looking for before they actually need it.
