IPSE Awards for Innovation and Leadership
Call For Nominations
The Indiana Partnership for Statewide Education invites nominations for the 2006 IPSE Awards program. This program recognizes Indiana faculty and instructional support staff who have exhibited extraordinary innovation and leadership in the utilization of technology to enhance teaching and learning, both on and off campus. One award will be made in each of the following three categories:
- Teaching with Technology in a Distance Education Program (faculty)
- Teaching with Technology on Campus (faculty)
- Support for Online Teaching and Learning (instructional support staff)
Members of the IPSE Faculty Services Team will evaluate entries and recommend award recipients for final approval by the IPSE. Nominations are due Friday, February 10, 2006. Winners will be notified in mid-March and the awards ceremony will take place at the 2006 IHETS/IPSE All Partners Conference at the University of Indianapolis on April 21, 2006. Each award recipient will receive a framed certificate and a $1000 check.
Selection criteria and eligibility information for each award category are given below. To submit a nomination, fill out the online nomination form. Multiple nominations may be submitted for a single person. In such cases, the first nomination will function as the nomination proper and the others will be treated as supporting letters.
